Ed Bernstein

Ed Bernstein has a long track record in founding, financing and growing consumer product, technology and entertainment companies, both private and public, in the US and overseas. He has raised over $70 million in public and private capital working with a variety of venture capital and strategic investors, including US Venture Partners, Softbank Venture Capital, Canaan Partners, Scripps Ventures, and Sun Microsystems.

Ian Handricks
Partner
Ian began 40 years ago as a contact lens technician after a period of study towards an engineering degree majoring in mathematics and physics. He concentrated on lens design, mathematics of lens design, developing production and marketing methods for the laboratory and eventually computerisation of the design and production of contact lenses. Ian completed a number of advanced management, sales and marketing courses in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Doug Dickson

Doug has a fifty-year business career encompassing production, management and entrepreneurial enterprise. Highlights include his position as a Senior manager with Kodak New Zealand where he had responsibility for all facets of the Kodak business including sales and marketing to finance, product development, product assessment, people management, business model implementation to meet current market demands.
